Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Method "PFL Method"

A sewer pipe rehabilitation method that allows for bending, gaps, and unevenness to be constructed while maintaining water flow, depending on the construction method.

The "PFL method" involves attaching a lining material to the inner surface of existing aging pipes, followed by the installation of PFL panels made of high-density polyethylene. High-strength, high-flow mortar is then injected between the existing pipe and the PFL panels to rehabilitate the aging pipes. The expansion and strength restoration of the surface material are effective even against level 2 seismic motions, and it has excellent chemical resistance, improving the durability of the rehabilitated pipes. Additionally, the PFL panels of the surface material possess excellent water tightness, preventing the ingress of water. 【Features】 ■ Restores strength equivalent to or greater than that of new pipes ■ Approximately 30 times the wear resistance of rigid PVC ■ PFL panels with excellent water tightness as surface materials ■ Superior chemical resistance, enhancing the durability of rehabilitated pipes ■ Effective against level 2 seismic motions due to the expansion and strength restoration of the surface material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Method "P-Fine Method"

Shortening construction time and improving workability! A coating sheath pipe method that ensures stable quality.

The "P-Fine Method" is a rehabilitation method for sewer pipes that can shorten construction time and improve workability. As a rehabilitation material, it uses a reinforced polyethylene pipe called "P-Fine Pipe." By enhancing self-supporting properties and using a non-woven fabric (non-woven filling material) with a polyethylene coating on the inner surface instead of traditional filling materials in the gap between the existing pipe and the P-Fine Pipe, stable quality can be ensured. 【Features】 ■ Enhances self-supporting properties ■ Ensures stable quality ■ Achieves shorter construction time and improved workability ■ Uses reinforced polyethylene pipe "P-Fine Pipe" as the rehabilitation material ■ Obtained construction technology review certification in March 2015 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Method "PML Method"

The noise from the work is low! We provide a healthy environment for those who are working.

The "PML method" is a sewer manhole rehabilitation technique that takes into consideration the surrounding residents and the contractors. A polyethylene liner, which has a low environmental impact, serves as a corrosion-resistant membrane that covers the inner surface of the pipe. Since it does not use large equipment, the noise generated during the work is minimal, and no harmful organic solvents are used, providing a healthy environment for those performing the work. [Features] ■ Stable quality ■ High acid resistance ■ Wide applicability ■ Consideration for the environment ■ Compact work with minimal noise *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Method: "Polyethylene Compact Pipe Method"

Rehabilitation methods that address ground deformation caused by earthquakes and bending due to ground subsidence.

The "Polyethylene Compact Pipe Method" involves pulling a C-shaped high-density polyethylene pipe, wound on a drum, into an existing pipe through a manhole. It is restored to a circular shape using steam heating and compressed air, tightly adhering to the existing pipe, and is a method for rehabilitating aging existing pipes. The method is primarily designed for construction with diameters ranging from φ200 to φ350mm. It possesses self-supporting pipe strength and has a high elongation rate of over 350% at the time of fracture, making it capable of accommodating ground deformation and bending caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence. Since the rehabilitation material itself is resistant to breaking and cracking, it is suitable for seismic retrofitting. 【Features of Polyethylene Compact Pipe】 ■ Uses polyethylene that is very stable in quality and environmentally friendly ■ Rehabilitation material that can be used not only for sewer systems but also for water supply systems ■ Easy quality control of materials allows for speedy construction ■ Capable of accommodating ground deformation and bending caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence ■ Has the ability to conform to existing pipes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
