Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Method "PFL Method"
A sewer pipe rehabilitation method that allows for bending, gaps, and unevenness to be constructed while maintaining water flow, depending on the construction method.
The "PFL method" involves attaching a lining material to the inner surface of existing aging pipes, followed by the installation of PFL panels made of high-density polyethylene. High-strength, high-flow mortar is then injected between the existing pipe and the PFL panels to rehabilitate the aging pipes. The expansion and strength restoration of the surface material are effective even against level 2 seismic motions, and it has excellent chemical resistance, improving the durability of the rehabilitated pipes. Additionally, the PFL panels of the surface material possess excellent water tightness, preventing the ingress of water. 【Features】 ■ Restores strength equivalent to or greater than that of new pipes ■ Approximately 30 times the wear resistance of rigid PVC ■ PFL panels with excellent water tightness as surface materials ■ Superior chemical resistance, enhancing the durability of rehabilitated pipes ■ Effective against level 2 seismic motions due to the expansion and strength restoration of the surface material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
